We have a wide and growing range of water purification devices available, alongside our accessories to check proper autoclave function and sterilisation. Critical to ensure optimum sterilisation of all equipment, we have recently added new products to our line up to ensure that all of our customers have everything they need in order to use their autoclave both effectively and correctly.
Water Purification Devices
RO Water Purifier
This Reverse Osmosis water purification system is the best solution to obtain pure water for your clinic, practice or medical establishment. RO water can be used for autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners and other cleaning practices.
The machine works by removing contaminants from water using pressure to force water molecules through a semipermeable membrane. These contaminants are then flushed away leaving pure water behind.
Water Distiller
Distilled water is water that has been purified using evaporation and condensation. Water is boiled and turns into steam; this steam is then moved to a cooling coil where it condenses to form distilled water. During this process, contaminants such as metals, fluoride and minerals are removed.
This machine offers a simple solution to distil water quickly, so it is available when you need it. 4L capacity with an output of 16L per day.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic Cleaner
An Ultrasonic Cleaner uses high frequency sound waves to create cavitation bubbles which then remove debris and dirt from surfaces when they collapse. The result is deionised water.
Our Ultrasonic cleaner is available in a range of sizes from 3L to 13L with adjustable time and temperature settings.
Water Quality Testing
TDS Meter
A TDS Meter is a water quality testing device that measures the amount of Total Dissolved Solids in water. It is essential for the ongoing efficient operation of autoclaves to ensure the water is pure and will not leave mineral deposits, which can affect performance and potentially contaminate items inside.
Helix Test Kit
We offer a full Helix Test Kit including 1 Helix testing device and 250 strips. The Helix Kit is for daily use to check correct steam sterilisation conditions through the autoclave. Using a Helix Kit provides a record of compliance with all relevant legislation in how the autoclave is performing, including HTM 01-05/SDCEP.
Helix Testing Strips
Available to buy without the full Helix Kit, these are single use and can be used to provide a record of compliance in the autoclave logbook. Pack of 250 strips.
